What was the highlight of Hotel Japanesque Fukuoka
Well, expected more but a tad bit disappointed
The location is nicely situated near a subway station. The hotel has its own parking lot. Furnitures are new and comfortable, overally satisfactory.
The area before entering our own rooms were practically outdoors, nice for summer but terrible for winter when strong wind blows. The rooms were narrow but it is to be expected of hotels. They charge 1,100 yen for parking per night while there are parking lots behind that charges 600-700 yen for 24 hours just 2-3 minutes walk away.

Overall, we will not be going to this hotel nor recommend it to others.
Nothing.
Basically everything as our bad experience began with the very poor customer service upon check in which the front desk staff were very rude; I was still talking and she kept interrupting me while I was explaining my frustration of having to wait so long for check in, when it should have been ready in first place, especially when we checked in at 6 pm. So many people wanted to do same, but we ended up doing it. The facility/room was unprepared for us, as trash was left and there were stuff left in the fridge. There were no towels in the room and we had to request for them.

Wonderful
Room spacious and clean, complimentary items great, pool facilities great and very generous opening times. Beds comfy, would stay again.
